Work with depression, anxiety/fears, and adjustment to life changes such as adjustment to college, birth of a sibling, death of a loved one, family relocation, and divorce.
In addition to the above specialties, I have extensive experience in the treatment of sexually abused children and rape victims. As the former Clinical Director of The Kristi House, which is the primary center in Miami dealing with cases of sexual abuse and other types of child maltreatment, I am well trained to be of help to this specific and very important population.

It is humbling to be able to provide such an important service to many people. It is an honor to be trusted with a person's most private of thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. One of the most important initial steps in reaching this goal is finding someone with whom you can connect. Usually have the first three sessions, you should get a good sense of how comfortable you feel in the therapeutic setting. Of course, there is some anxiety when starting anything new and personal.
