What's My Approach to Therapy?
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply invested in doing the right thing, yet find themselves stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand or feel proud of. I understand the internal cost of always needing to be composed, decisive, and in control.
Before opening my private practice in Miami, I spent years working in addiction and behavioral health, where I saw how quickly achievement can become a way of avoiding deeper emotional truth. Earlier in my career, I worked in luxury Manhattan real estate, immersed in high-pressure, high-visibility environments where performance is expected and vulnerability is rarely rewarded.
My work is grounded, direct, and private. I help clients slow down enough to understand what is driving their reactions, desires, and decisions, and support them in making changes that align with their values rather than undermining them. This is not therapy focused on blame or endless analysis. It is a space for clarity, responsibility, and integration.
I welcome you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute call. This is the quickest, most efficient way to confirm that my strategic approach is the right resource for your high-level goals.
