My Approach to Helping
An unhappy or shameful history does not have to sabotage your future. Guided imagery can get past the gate keeper of your conscious mind, to the emotions driving your destructive behaviors and unhappy relationships. In my nearly 20 years of counseling experience, I have helped countless clients put their past behind them, where it belongs, without forcing them to relive unhappy memories.
While guided imagery cannot change the past, it can change the way you feel - and that changes everything.

I work with couples seeking to save their marriage. If the couple determines the marriage relationship cannot continue, then I help them manage their resulting feelings of loss and disappointment before bitterness and resentment over take them.
In addition, I am very familiar with the issues facing Veterans Active Military and their families.
Finally, I have a history of working with people of Japanese, or Jewish, or Christian decent.
