As human beings, we were meant to be in relationship with others and within those relationships we grow and develop and learn about the world. Difficulty in any relationship can bring confusion, loss, and uncertainty into our lives. Understanding yourself and what we contribute both consciously and unconsciously to our relationships can greatly enhance our lives and the lives of those around us. I am deeply committed to the process of emotional understanding and development through curiosity, exploration, and awareness to build better, healthier relationships with ourselves and those we love, we play with, and work with.
