I am a trauma-informed Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes in the power of transformation through increased awareness, understanding, expression, and connection. I choose to walk alongside those who may be struggling or wanting to embrace their authentic self. I often work with individuals who are working through trauma, anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, grief, anger, and identity development. Talk therapy allows for the exploration and processing of your experiences and interpretations of these experiences. Supplements of talk therapy may include dream work, the use of art, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), active imagination, and internal family systems (parts work) to aid in the process of going deeper and building a foundation of coping tools sometimes needed. I offer a free 15-minute consultation before booking. This offers a chance to ask questions before scheduling a session and helps me get an idea of what you are looking for.
