I am an Integrative therapist, drawing from several types of therapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness based approaches, solution focused therapy, and more. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to find what works best for them and their relationships. Together we can uncover underlying reasons for symptomatic behaviors and emotions and address those to learn healthier, more productive, and beneficial ways to deal with challenging situations.
