For over 35 years, I have successfully helped clients find profound peace and happiness in their lives and relationships by utilizing a holistic approach to wellness. As a clinical psychologist based in Newport Beach, I address the spiritual, emotional, nutritional, and physical pillars of a successful life.
My passion for helping others extends beyond my private practice. I am the author of 15 books on mental wellness, including Amazon bestsellers like "Finding Our Happiness Flow" and "Anger Work," as well as the iTunes #1 bestseller "How to Live a Positive Life." To reach a wider audience, I host and produce the "Happiness Podcast," which focuses on ways for all of us to find joy and has been downloaded over 20 million times globally.
I have shared my insights as a regular blogger for Psychology Today (reaching 3 million readers) and co-hosted the weekly television program "The Holistic Success Show" on the Discovery Channel's Fit TV. However, my greatest privilege remains working directly with individuals and couples to help them operate at their absolute best.
