My Approach to Helping
Hi. My approach is active and collaborative, flexibly tailoring evidence-based strategies to best meet the needs of clients. I have expertise working with individuals and couples on issues related to strained relationships, traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, decision making, alcohol/substance use, and insomnia. These problems are often very much related to one another. To each session, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from many years of clinical and research training. Clients bring a lifetime of personal history and experience. Together, we work to understand and resolve the problems you face. I offer counseling/therapy, clinical consultation, and diagnostic evaluation.
