I’m Diana, a bilingual mental health provider specializing in grief therapy and trauma-informed care, offering services in English and Russian. I work with teens and adults facing depression, stress, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I offer anxiety therapy and family counseling. I also support clients through career changes, immigration experiences, and the complex journeys of sexual orientation and gender identity.
I use approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, an internal family systems (IFS)-informed perspective, and hypnosis to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. My practice is culturally responsive and identity-affirming, so clients feel seen, respected, and supported on their healing journey. Together, we build self-awareness, identify strengths and challenges, and explore the emotional impact of life experiences. I aim to help clients develop healthier relationships with their emotions and behaviors, fostering growth and healing. Using a practical, collaborative approach, I support clients in finding clarity and taking meaningful steps toward change.
