My Approach to Helping
Everyone has something to improve upon, we're all human. We aren't born pre-wired or come with a manual on, How To Manage Your Life. Therapy isn't all about who is "sick" although healing is an important piece. Therapy is about "How do I do life better?" No matter where you are in life, you can boost your happiness, build up those meaningful relationships and increase your life satisfaction. All you need to do, now, is find a trusted individual who fits your needs to help direct you where you want to go.
My philosophy... there are legitimate reasons making perfect sense why you feel the way you do, now. I get it. AND, we can work with that.
Physically manifesting hurt using self-injury, cutting, suicidal thoughts or attempts, or experiencing constant intense emotional reactiveness is a life of drudgery. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE.
