What's My Approach to Therapy?
My counseling approach is empathetic, honest and I want to stretch you and help you feel like yourself again. I most often combine relational talk therapy with a coaching approach, then I sprinkle in some awesome techniques. Let’s work on, “I am not good enough” (beliefs), patterns, adaptations, traumas, and masks. I do Brainspotting for trauma, triggers, negative reactions and fears.
My Practice & Services
I offer engaging online and in-person therapy designed to help clients feel comfortable, supported, and truly understood. This is a space where you can feel seen, heard, and known.
For children, sessions may include interactive whiteboard tools, activities, and games to help keep kids involved, focused, and engaged in the therapeutic process. A shared whiteboard is also used with teenagers and adults when helpful to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a more visual and collaborative way.
You can decide if you want the comfort and ease of online sessions (M-F 8AM-5PM) or in-person session in Chanhassen, MN on Tuesdays and Thursdays (8AM-12PM).
Together, we’ll work to get to the root of what’s going on, gently explore blind spots, and develop insight and skills to help you start feeling better and moving forward. I look forward to connecting with you!
