As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I specialize in helping couples talk about difficulties and challenges in the relationship and with each other. We will focus on what's not working and what is, and most importantly we will discover why.
Counseling allows people to open up and share even the scary stuff that usually stays hidden from the other person. Counseling helps couples re-discover the other person again, in a way that is more satisfying to both. The goal of counseling is not to fix your marriage; the goal is to provide you new skills for you to use to communicate with each other and to help you feel more connected to your partner.
