More Info About My Practice
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC 45100). I am certified in the treatment of Addictions (CAADE), Domestic Violence and Sexual Trauma (Valley Trauma Center). I am also certified to use Neuro Linguistic Programming. I work with individuals, couples and families; adults, adolescents and children. I often incorporate the principles of the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous into my psychotherapy work. Addiction can present in many forms: Drugs, alcohol, prescription medications, food, sex, shopping, gambling, internet. One out of ten persons suffers with an addiction problem. Addiction touches one out of every four families. In addition to my private practice, I work with emotionally and developmentally challenged children and adolescents experiencing psycho/social issues, ADHD, Anger Management, Learning Disabilities, Depression and/ or Bipolar Disorders.
