My Approach to Helping
Problems with addictions and/or anger mangagement? That's my speciality. Frequently, addiction and anger mask underlying issues that involve truama, difficulties with communication styles, anxiety and frustrations with relationships. In addition to being a licensed marriange and family therapist, I am a certified addiction treatment specialist and a certified anger management facilitator.
