My Approach to Helping

Non-judgmental, compassionate therapy for your life and your dreams--I focus on providing you with empowering tools and techniques designed to meet your specific interests, goals, and circumstances.

I describe my work as "Integrative Depth Psychology," an in-depth, Jungian oriented approach that effectively helps you to understand and apply your unique strengths and talents while eliminating obstacles, self-defeating behaviors and beliefs. Life then takes on renewed meaning with a clear sense of purpose, passion and direction.

My experience (over 20 years) and training include Counseling Psychology, Jungian analytical psychology, dreamwork, Existential psychology, cognitive behavioral therapies, art therapy, image work, and group dynamics.
