My Approach to Helping

I am an existential, humanistic practitioner with a focus on finding meaning in both your suffering and success. I am well-rounded, non-judgmental, empathetic and analytical and can draw from a number of therapy models depending on your particular need. My approach to therapy is dialogue based and very conversational. I don't offer solutions or quick advice but, once I get to know you better, I tend to provide suggestions for reading or other media as well as techniques that might help further your progress outside of our sessions.

More Info About My Practice

I offer a 30 minute complimentary introductory meeting to potential new clients. My services are reimbursable by most insurance providers as an out-of-network practitioner. I recommend you check your coverage before we begin working together and I am happy to provide you with the information you need to make an inquiry.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

My practice has an emphasis toward work related stress and emotional trauma but I also focus on men's relationship issues around commitment and emotional intimacy.
