We all have an innate wisdom that provides guidance and healing. By working directly with your inner wisdom through expanded states of consciousness, (hypnotherapy, energy therapy and sandplay) you are empowered and your healing is enhanced. The therapy process combines many approaches to accessing and developing self-healing skills and on-going relationship with your Self. The therapy is experiential, interactive, and result-oriented. Expect to spend less time talking about your issues and more time moving your energy and consciousness towards more self-awareness, empowerment, presence, health, and well-being.
