I utilize compassion and empathy as a central part of my work to help people feel safe and comfortable in exploring their feelings and initiating change. I collaborate with individuals to create goals and identify ways to make the changes in their life that they desire. Specifically, I work with adults who have relational issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, as well as adjustment issues. I am passionate about providing care to people from all backgrounds and situations and am very open and cooperative in my work with people.
