My Approach to Helping
Welcome. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern #69374 at Sage Psychotherapy and Treatment Program, supervised by Robin Kirk, LMFT #37167.

To be human is to have a broad range of experiences, and all of us encounter pain, loss, challenge, and hardship. We are inherently resilient, and you may need some help transforming life's challenges into the powerful opportunities for growth they can be. If you have lost your way, struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationships, or self-image, working with me can help you reconnect to yourself, and together we can find practical tools to integrate into your daily life so that you can move towards wholeness and gently risk new ways of being more authentic.

More Info About My Practice
My fee for a 50 minute session is $90 and longer sessions can be arranged. I do have a few sliding scale appointments available. I offer daytime and evening appointments. I provide services for the California Victim Witness Program.

My Role as a Therapist

I see our work together as a creative process that fosters self-awareness and insight. I utilize an eclectic approach grounded in Somatic Psychology. Drawing from Mindfulness, Humanistic Psychology, attachment theory, movement therapy, yoga, and the most current neurobiology research, I bring together many modalities in a tangible psychotherapeutic philosophy. We will identify obstacles, building resources that allow the natural movement of your experiences to flow through with less struggle, avoidance, or numbing. We will bring your present-moment embodied process into the foreground, so that you find your truth, feel your truth, speak your truth, and live your truth.
