My Approach to Helping
I offer caring, insightful, professional help in navigating through experiences of grief, loss and life transitions. Whether you are facing acute grief brought on by a recent loss, or suffering the cumulative effects of losses long past yet still painfully present -- these experiences can be catalysts for profound growth. It would be my privilege to assist you in identifying and gently letting go of your obstacles to more authentic, centered, full and satisfying living. Drawing on my 25+ years of experience working with individuals and organizations during times of change and transition, my style is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic. Many of life's natural events -- such as the death of a loved one, a divorce, job/career changes, relationship issues, health problems, midlife concerns and aging -- can uncover feelings of deep loss, sadness, stress, confusion, disillusionment, or emptiness. I offer unbiased, caring help.
