I have extensive experience working with clients experiencing co-occurring disorders as well as those who struggle with sports performance and transitions. I look forward to working with clients to help them gain insight into skills and to gain awareness and empowerment. I want you to know you CAN live the life you've wanted. With experience in co-occurring disorders and sports psychology, I am here to help clients between the ages of 12-25 be able to identify their struggles and help them build the necessary skills to be able to live an empowered life; in addition to helping maximize an athlete's performance and help with transitions out of their sport.
