My Approach to Helping
I help people connect to their innate self-compassion and clarity.
With great respect and curiosity, I facilitate a person's exploration of the parts of themselves that eclipse thier intrinsic source of joy and satisfaction. By getting to know these different parts we find out what has been keeping them locked in the roles they have played for so long (i.e., parts that have carried depression, anxiety, fear, or shame).
Through the process of befriending these parts, we learn how to help them transform. Once relieved of their "emotional baggage" these parts discover their preferred role in service of the highest good. People naturally experience more ease and confidence in navigating their inner and outer lives.
For many people this is often the jumping-off point into deeper and more consistent spiritual practice. Being able to relate skillfully with psychological obstacles that arise on the spiritual journey can bridge the often overwhelming chasm between suffering and radical awakening.
My deepest passion is to be of service to people on their transformational journey.
"You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection." - Gautama Buddha
I offer a free half-hour initial consultation. This gives us a chance to get acquainted and discern if I can be of service to you. I look forward to connecting.
