My Approach to Helping

I love to provide people with high-quality full psychological evaluations at an affordable rate from the comfort of their own home. I am a clinical psychologist specializing in the assessment of diagnoses including those involved in neurodivergence, autism spectrum (ASD), and attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD).

I also provide therapy for people who have experienced trauma and/or people who are neurodivergent. My favorite approaches due to their wonderful results are cognitive processing therapy (CPT), prolonged exposure therapy (PET), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

All of my services are respectful and affirmative for the LGBTQIA+ community. As a member myself, I understand the importance of a clinician who truly understands. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.

More Info About My Practice

I offer teletherapy to meet the demands of busy schedules and reduce barriers to accessing care. I hold weekend and evening appointments to ensure my clients can get the care they need, when they need it. I offer both video and phone appointments based on your preference.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

For my clients experiencing traumatic stress, I want you to know that PTSD does not have to last forever. It is a curable disorder. We will go along at your pace using either Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) or Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PET)--the two most effective therapies for overcoming PTSD. We will discuss the differences between the two approaches during our initial session. I have had the pleasure of working with older veterans who suffered for decades from PTSD and within a few months no longer had symptoms. There is great reason to hope that your efforts in therapy will give you the relief you desire and deserve.
