My Approach to Helping
As an ACT therapist and sex therapist, I work with each individual or couple to gain the insight and tools necessary to take action and achieve greater satisfaction and pleasure in every aspect of their lives. I work with individuals and couples on exploring and understanding their values system/life direction, increasing erotic expressiveness, expanding their capacity for pleasure, and nourishing their most vital relationships. As a couples therapist with a specialization in sex therapy, I can support you in fully exploring your unique self and temperament and understanding the impact this has on communication, intimacy, and overall relational style. I support and am experienced in working with a myriad of relationship forms and styles (Poly, Primary Plus, BDSM, etc).
