Hi there! I'm Aimee Aron-Reno and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have been in practice for over a decade and I love helping the people I work with find meaning, understanding and acceptance of who they are and the struggles and pain they feel. We will do this by talking about you and your life in a respectful, empowering and non-judgemental way. Together we will seek understanding of you, the relationships in your life, the culture with which you identify, and how you make meaning of the experiences and elements of your life. I believe everyone has strength within themselves. The difficulties we encounter in our lives may cause us to have trouble remembering those strengths, or put simply - they become dusty, sometimes buried, or possibly even masked by physical symptoms. As your therapist, I will hold hope for you until you can do it for yourself again.
