My Approach to Therapy

You might find that, on the surface, things look manageable, but underneath, you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or somewhat disconnected. You may be getting through your days while also sensing that something isn’t quite settled or fully present in your life. I work with high-functioning adults who are navigating trauma, dissociation, and the ongoing effects of difficult experiences, whether from earlier in their lives or more recent. In our work together, we take time to understand what you’ve been carrying and begin to create a greater sense of steadiness, connection, and ease. My approach is trauma-, somatic-, and attachment-informed. This means we pay attention not only to what you’re thinking, but also to how your experiences live in your body and show up in your relationships and day-to-day life. I aim to move at a pace that feels respectful and manageable, while still supporting meaningful change. We can set up a free 15-minute video or phone call if you’d like to learn more or have questions about how I might help.
