My Approach to Helping
Do you feel pulled in too many directions - so much so that you forget who you really are? Do you have moments of feeling invisible, unheard, under appreciated, isolated, hopeless or overwhelmed? You deserve some restorative stillness - a moment (or an hour) to tune in, to connect and learn to be compassionate with yourself. The experience of psychotherapy - reflecting, processing and being validated; nurturing your true, authentic self, and discovering hidden patterns that no longer serve you - can be a radical gesture of self care that can change the course of your life. My approach is client centered; I attune to the individual needs of my clients. I believe the best work emerges out of a compassionate and safe therapeutic environment. And from within that safety, we can collaboratively work on challenging issues. I see individuals, couples, teens and families. I bring all of my relational life experience to the table.
