By identifying recurring thought patterns, painful emotions, and unwanted repetitive behaviors, we can incorporate helpful coping tools to guide you away from these unwanted experiences and towards an opportunity to heal, grow and successfully progress in your life.

Therapy is about personal growth and healthy life-style changes. Together, we’ll learn more about the challenges that you’re experiencing and navigate a personalized path forward that will allow you to progress towards achieving your personal goals. I couple evidence-based treatments with a conscious-awareness approach that is geared towards navigating you away from unwanted patterns and towards favorable thoughts and experiences. My goal is to foster an authentic, comfortable, and safe relationship where we can explore opportunities for positive change.
The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
All therapeutic, billing & scheduling services are provided through the Therapy Notes virtual platform. The sessions are around one hour, and depending on your preferencesavailabilitybudget - we can schedule weekly sessions, sessions every two or three weeks, sessions every month, or sessions on an "as needed' basis where you reach out to me when needed.
