As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals who are struggling with emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, and challenging relational dynamics. My approach is integrative and holistic, blending EMDR, Gestalt, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. These modalities work together to help you process past trauma, cultivate self-awareness, connect with the present moment and develop healthier emotional habits.
