Our personal evolution is often shaped by change, within the layered identities we carry, the connections that ground us, and the roles we are asked to grow into. Life transitions such as ending a partnership, changing careers, becoming a parent, or grieving a loss can leave us feeling disoriented and emotionally taxed, caught between who we once were and who we are becoming. I support clients in exploring the distinct challenges, nuances, and empowering possibilities that exist within these tender, pivotal seasons of transition. Relationships can be deeply reparative, and the therapeutic relationship itself holds the potential for meaningful transformation. I offer a warm, playful space to explore thought patterns, relational dynamics, and habitual responses. Together, we develop thoughtful approaches that build agency, resilience, and wellbeing while you move through challenges. I thrive working with those facing relationship concerns, processing loss or grief, seeking balance and clarity around work and life, and men exploring identity, self-worth, and emotional issues.
