My Approach to Helping
I help clients manage stress, anxiety, relationship conflicts, self-identity, self-esteem, feelings of loneliness, and life transitions. As a clinician, I recognize that there is no right or wrong way to respond to life stressors. I value your expertise in the challenges that brought you into therapy while offering solutions based on my experience in mental health.
My approach is casual, respectful, open-minded, and curious. My work lies in understanding the meaning behind thoughts and emotions, building confidence, and promoting more secure and satisfying relationships. Together, we will collaborate to self-reflect and enhance your self-understanding. My intention is to help you grow your knowledge and resources in regard to your challenges and to expand your coping skills.
