My Approach to Helping

Are you living with past trauma or navigating a significant life change? Feeling anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed as a result?

Maybe a relationship has ended or a new phase of life has just begun, or perhaps you’re living with the long-term effects of abuse, assault, chronic health conditions, or another traumatic experience. You may feel unsafe and out of control of your life or emotions... anxious about even the smallest things, or like you just can’t find your footing.

Despite how hard things are right now, you know there’s more to life than this.

Clients come to me looking for someone who isn’t clinical or cold, but instead creates a space where they feel safe opening up about some of the most raw parts of their lives. I will help you break down the negative thought patterns that are holding you back, build healthy coping skills, and finally put down the burdens of your past.

More Info About My Practice

With me, you will always be met with respect, compassion and understanding. You will also receive the expertise you need to find true relief: I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Addictions Informed Professional, trained in EMDR, and experienced working with survivors of trauma, anxiety, addiction and many other areas of concern.
All sessions happen via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. As an exclusively online therapist, I offer you the freedom from the burdens of traditional psychotherapy — no traffic, no struggle to make appointments, and all the privacy and comfort you need to see real results from therapy.

My Therapy Focus

Our work together will always begin with getting to know you and establishing your goals for therapy: they will guide everything we do. From there, we will identify, navigate, and confront the emotions and challenges you are experiencing. Whether you're finding yourself more angry than you've ever been, overwhelmed by panic and anxiety, less confident, or constantly worried about the future, we'll break these things down in order to understand not just how to change them, but why they're happening in the first place. This gives you the insight you need to truly heal.

From there, we'll work on practical skill-building so that you are armed with the tools you need to conquer the future with peace, clarity, and confidence.
