My Approach to Helping
My philosophy is simple, I CARE, respect, and see the greatness in everyone, and my goal is to help you achieve and work through whatever issues brought you to my page. If you are depressed, suicidal, stressed, have low self esteem, marriage or relationship is not working, trouble blending your family, or need guidance or coaching, I would love to help. I provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling. My groups consists of anger management, stress, bullying, parenting, and teacher support group at the Dallas and Arlington location.

I am available for early morning, evening, and weekend hours. I also have two locations to better serve you in the Arlington and Downtown Dallas location. I accept most insurances- BCBS, Aetna, Medicaid, Out of Network, and private pay.
On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Going to see a therapist is no different than going to see your doctor after realizing that over the counter medication is not helping and your symptoms seems to be getting worse. In other words, therapy is needed when your issues begin to affect your normal way of functioning. Therapy helps to identify and address issues that are causing the unhealthy symptoms and then provide you with tools to help you deal with these and return to your normal way of functioning. Therapy can be educational, insightful, supportive, motivational, and empowering.
