My Approach to Helping
Sometimes we struggle with life in ways that make us feel alone, unsafe, stressed or worried? Perhaps life has left you feeling discouraged, off balance or not much like yourself. Do you feel like you have been doing the best you can, even though it has been difficult? It's perfectly normal to feel frustrated or tired of being tired. At times it may even feel like no one understands. Maybe if you could just feel heard or understood, life could seem possible just knowing you did what you did because you only knew what you knew. As a military veteran, I believe in using humor, spirituality, relaxation training, mindfulness techniques, or trauma informed yoga to help people as we work together to reach your goals. Some of my certifications include: Psychological First Aid, Sexual Trauma and Grief.
