My Approach to Helping
Imagine what your life would be like without anxiety, stress, or depression! When concerns about family, children, academics, relationships, work, social situations, loneliness, uncertainty, grief, or dealing with judgmental people become overwhelming, depression or anxiety may develop.
Depression and anxiety may contribute to adverse behaviors such as avoidance, withdrawal, compulsions, uncontrolled anger, or the misuse of substances. These maladaptive defense mechanisms often erode performance and general well-being. I am passionate about helping people learn healthy coping strategies and live happier, more fulfilling lives.
