With spirited curiosity we'll explore how you connect with the people in your life.
In addition to Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Psychodynamics and Mindfulness , we might use photography, music, theatre or writing for expression and insight.
I enjoy guiding those seeking healing, more satisfaction in their relationships, increased inspiration at work, and greater empowerment in their lives. As a seasoned clinician I am known for my empathic and good humored style. I have been warmly referred to as "a warrior of the heart".
