My Approach to Therapy

More and more, we often find ourselves facing really complex issues. And as we face these greater complexities, we often find it harder to have the deeper conversations. Struggles with feeling overwhelm or burden, career or relational complexities, or just exploring you self are a normal part of living, but sharing it with others can feel burdensome. In this space, I invite you into much deeper conversations. It is important to have a space to explore our past, the present challenges, and find healthy way forward. Therapy no longer is just about coping; it's about thriving. This space gives you a sanctuary to just be you; to heal, reimagine your sense of self, change what is desired, as well as transform and strengthen relationships. A deep understanding of lifes complexities and very unique challenges is crucial. Together we will call on your inner strengths, create new perspectives, and foster healing and growth.

My Practice & Services

Enriched with over 20 years of working with Women, Couples, and Families, I focus on a collaborative approach, believing each person is the best judge of what they need. In our time together, we'll explore perspectives, make informed choices, and cultivate healthier practices. My practice is characterized by diversity, equity, and inclusivity. I value a person's unique narrative, experience, and journey. My method is Relational and Integrative, combining Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Mindfulness Practices with a focus on Attachment and Development in Relational and Family work. This allows me to see the whole person and use effective modern techniques, tailored to each person or relationship. Understanding the importance of personal connection in therapy, I offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory session. This meeting provides an opportunity for you to determine if my approach and style resonate with you, ensuring a comfortable and meaningful therapeutic relationship.
