I strive to create a safe and supportive environment that facilitates change, exploration and improvement. My approach includes action oriented techniques including identifying goals, working on independent activities between sessions, and developing mindfulness and meditation skills. Mindfulness techniques may help you manage symptoms and experience your emotions in a non-judgmental way.

I provide individual therapy for adults. I usually have day and evening appointments available. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO coverage.

I specialize in working with individuals in or interested in consensual non-monogamy. Relationship issues may be the focus of our work together or you may be interested in working on other areas of your life with a therapist who is comfortable and knowledgable about non-monogamy.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
I have heard "I am not sure if my problem is severe enough for therapy." There is no measure of a problem being "big enough" to bring to therapy. Therapy can be useful for a wide range of concerns that you have about yourself, your family or relationships.
