What's My Approach to Therapy?

I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach, using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic perspectives. I provide a safe, supportive space to process challenges, develop coping skills, and grow, all while keeping it human, approachable, and grounded in real-life experience.
