My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling lonely, lost, or like you are missing something in life? You have things you want to do, but the heaviness of depression or anxiety could be getting in the way. If this sounds like you, therapy might be a good option. I work with adults and couples who know that they want better for themselves but are having a hard time getting there. I will help you identify what is getting in the way of you reaching your goals and help you remove those barriers with strength and grace so that you are able to achieve what you want out of life.
