My Approach to Helping
In this fast-paced world, you can often feel pressure to be perfect and busy and always performing. This can leave you feeling anxious, depressed, and disconnected from yourself and others. Our reactions to life stressors often move us farther away from what is important to us. Therapy can offer you a space to reconnect with yourself, without the heavy shame and judgments often collected through life experiences. The greatest joy I receive as a therapist is witnessing a client shed parts of their life that are weighing them down, and that they feel are no longer serving a purpose, a reconnecting with themselves in a lighter way.
Through openness and non-judgmental exploring, together we can create a space for you to get curious about what isn't working for you in your life, and help you have more fulfilling experiences and relationships.
