What's My Approach to Therapy?

I help individuals who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, and disordered eating find freedom, clarity, and connection. Whether you're overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, constantly battling food rules, or disconnected from your body and values, you are not alone. Together, we can help you build a life driven by what truly matters to you, not fear, shame, or control. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, stuck in perfectionism, or exhausted from years of food and body shame, therapy can help you create space for a fuller, more meaningful life.
I approach therapy with the same non judgmental acceptance and compassion I want you to give yourself. In therapy you will learn to notice unhelpful thoughts, build a kinder relationship with your mind and body, and reconnect with your purpose beyond anxiety, worry, or food. I also incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion to support sustainable growth.
If you’re ready to stop struggling with your mind and start living, I’d love to work with you. Let’s help you turn down the volume on anxiety and step away from the mindfoodbody battle, so you can return to yourself. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

My Practice & Services

I see clients via Telehealth only. Telehealth offers clients an opportunity to have therapy from the comfort and safety of their homes, oftentimes making it easier to schedule sessions.
I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. I also take clients who have other insurance providers and provide them with bills each month to submit to insurance on their own for reimbursement. Offering out-of-network options like this allows me to be available to more clients, and not be tied to just one insurance company.

Groups I Work With

I have extensive experience working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, life change stressors, and disordered eating and body image concerns. I believe that therapy is not one size fits all. Although there may be overlaps in the Venn diagram of these concerns, I believe each persons needs are unique to their lives and goals, therefore tailor my approach to each individual.
