My Approach to Helping
I provide counseling and assessments for at-risk adults, adolescents, and children. I have spent the past 23 years working with individuals, families, children, and adolescents. I have extensive experience working with Law Enforcement, Dispatch, and Corrections Officers, as well as Military Veterans, and their families. I specialize in treating individuals with Anxiety and Depression, TraumaPTSD. I am an author and have spokentaught courses focusing on addictions, information, and empowerment for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, as well as disabilities and compassion fatigue. I believe in utilizing several modalities to help an individual to envision a future and acquire the coping mechanisms and skills to achieve the goals heshe desires.

There are times when you need the assistance of an individual that can help us in meeting our individual and family goals. Parents can be faced with issues and may feel overwhelmed. Change can be expected or unanticipated, and it leaves the individual with anxieties and stressors. My role is to help you explore healthy coping mechanisms and understand your individual needs.
