My Approach to Helping

I create a safe place where you can navigate inner fears, learn ways to cope with symptoms that interfere with daily life, or just a place to release pain. You do not have to go through life alone, suffering from depression, anxiety, grief, trauma or any other issue that has been debilitating in your life. I use multiple theories based on what works best for each client. The primary focus of my theoretical practice is CBT. I will be right there to help you reclaim your life and find manageable tools for daily life. My areas of speciality are depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I work with adults, children and teens. I will create a safe space for you in a judgement-free zone and where we can navigate through the situations of life together.
