My Approach to Helping
I create a safe place where you can navigate inner fears, move toward goals, or learn ways to cope with symptoms that interfere with daily life. I'm here to work with you when there are feelings of stagnancy in life, schoolcareer or your relationships. I use multiple theories based on what works best for each client which includes CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, ACT or holistic approaches such as tarot cards that deal with the subconscious. My areas of specialty are anxiety and relationship issues. I work with adults and the teenage population. You will have a safe space in a judgement-free zone where we can navigate through the situations of life together.
