What's My Approach to Therapy?
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based care. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, understood, and actively involved in the process. My goal is to create a space where you can openly explore challenges, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools for meaningful change.
I draw from approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based techniques, and motivational interviewing to help clients manage anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional concerns. Sessions are tailored to your goals and paced in a way that feels manageable and empowering.
Above all, I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we focus on strengthening coping skills, increasing emotional clarity, and helping you move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
