Ultimately, my job is to create a safe environment where you truly seen. To be seen is to be known and understood absent of judgment. To be truly seen is one of the best feelings in the world. As a licensed mental health counselor, it is a feeling I have made my mission to share and facilitate for others. My goal is to help you feel truly seen especially when you are experiencing immense pain, suffering, instability, fear, sadness, and/or shame. I want you to experience what it is like to be utterly accepted for all that you are.

More Info About My Practice
In my work with individuals, I work from a humanistic, experiential, and evidence-based approach which encourages self-awareness, self-realization, and mental health wellness. I bring these same elements into my work with couples with the addition of working from the Gottman Method of couples counseling which focuses on intimacy, enhancing friendship, emotion, and skill building for managing conflict. Along with my work with clients over the past 8 years, my approach to helping is also based on my masters and doctoral-level education, training and clinical experiences in mental health counseling and couples counseling.
