My Approach to Helping
I have worked with couples, families, and individuals in private settings, as well as online through TELEMENTAL HEALTH systems.
I help individuals overcome loss and grief due to death, divorce, job loss, and more. I also help them with depression, trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, learning difficulties, sexual abuse, self-harm, OCD, anger, and ADHD/ADD.
I use a variety of approaches to help families, individuals, and couples build functional, healthy lives and relationships.
I treat the entire family, meet individual needs, and strengthen family systems to help my clients feel hopeful about the future so they can heal.
More Info About My Practice
Sometimes my clients feel better working from their home and completing counseling sessions through the internet. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with individuals or couples that are not able to come into my office for counseling sessions due to distance, weather, or other issues that prevent them from traveling.
I work days, evenings, and weekends to better meet the needs of my clients. I look forward to working with you to help you reach your goals.
