My Approach to Helping
Anxiety can interfere with so many aspects of life and feel so overwhelming. I am grateful for the opportunity to assist you in taking a courageous step toward getting to a better place, developing skills, and maintaining a happier, calmer, and more fulfilled life.
I obtained my Master of Social Work degree from Monmouth University. I also obtained a Bachelor's Degree at Boston University and a Master's in Education at Hunter College. My field experience includes working on an intensive psychiatric unit at Riverview Medical Center, and have gained valuable experience working as a Clinical Counselor at the YMCA and Clinical Therapist at Integrated Care Concepts & Consultation. I am now happy to provide my clients with counseling services at my private practice office conveniently located in Lincroft, NJ.
