I provide support, motivation, exploration, insight and guidance - using techniques that are best for your therapy needs and personality. My experience includes helping clients with depression, anxiety, stress, fears, abuse, trauma, low self esteem, relationship and family issues, grief and loss, workplace conflicts, career change, and life transitions. In addition to my work in mental health counseling, I have twenty years of experience in human resources management.

I have a private practice and am a provider with several insurance companies, to include: AETNA, Avmed, Beacon, BHSBehavioral Health Systems, CIGNA, Magellan, MHN, MHNet, Optum, UBH United Behavioral Health. My office is in central Boca Raton - located in the City National Bank Building on the south-west corner of Palmetto Park and Powerline.
