My Approach to Helping
My priority is for you to feel valued, understood and hopeful, as we work together to improve the quality of your life. I provide support, motivation, exploration, insight and guidance - using techniques that are best for your therapy needs and personality. My experience includes helping clients with depression, anxiety, stress, fears, abuse, trauma, low self esteem, relationship and family issues, grief and loss, workplace conflicts, career change, and life transitions. In addition to my work in mental health counseling, I have twenty years of experience in human resources management.
