I believe humans thrive best in thoughtful, generative environments where self-exploration is encouraged and relationships feel good. Negative experiences, inner struggles, and disappointments can disrupt a good thing and make it hard to feel connected. At The Growth Haven, we take our time and give attention to the roles you inhabit, the patterns on repeat, and the paths that have brought you to this point in your life. My style is warm, direct, and engaged. I’m a teacher at heart, and I like to offer observations, ask questions, and welcome your honest response. I appreciate depth, and I also appreciate a good laugh. I work best at a crossroads or when life brings you challenges. I’m interested in what matters to you, what surprises you, and what becomes possible when you give yourself room to investigate. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, shame and self-esteem, identity exploration, somatic work, and spiritual development. I look forward to meeting you.
