What's My Approach to Therapy?
I take an integrative and personalized approach to therapy, meeting each person where they are without a one-size-fits-all framework. With a focus on authenticity, collaboration, and creativity, I work with clients to navigate life’s challenges — including anxiety, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), relationship and family concerns, parenting issues, depression, and women’s issues. Together, we explore your experiences in a safe, supportive space and tailor treatment strategies that align with your goals and strengths.
My Role as a Therapist
As your therapist, my role is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you can gain insight and develop tools for meaningful change. I guide clients using evidence-based methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based approaches, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy ? choosing the techniques that best support your growth. My focus is on empowering you to build resilience and clarity so you can move forward with confidence on your path to wellbeing.
