I use a compassionate yet direct approach to help you uncover practical solutions to life’s challenges. I draw from a variety of modalities to ensure each client’s needs are met.
I’ve worked in outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as in residential treatment programs, private practice, and in-home therapy. This background gives me invaluable experience working with an array of issues such as relationships, depression, anxiety, sexuality, and self-esteem.
In addition to utilizing traditional therapy, I also use holistic methods. Your physical, emotional, and psychological health are all linked. For your convenience and comfort, I offer sessions in my office or your home or office. I also keep a small caseload to provide reliable, individualized treatment.
